Gaga Sports (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) highly values your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Gaga Sports app.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Gaga Sports app, we may collect the following information:

1. Camera Information

2. How We Use Information

3. Data Storage and Protection

Video and image data captured by the camera is used only for real-time analysis on your device and is not uploaded or stored.

Exercise records, such as the number of repetitions, exercise type, and exercise date, may be uploaded to and stored on our servers as required by the app's features. This information is used to provide workout history, workout calendar, and statistical services.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Services

The current version of the app does not integrate any advertising SDKs or third-party analytics services. If we integrate third-party services in the future, we will describe the types and purposes of such services in this Privacy Policy and select partners with appropriate data protection practices.

5. Your Rights

You can disable camera, location, or motion-related permissions at any time through your device's system settings, or revoke the corresponding authorization in iOS Settings. Please note that revoking permissions may affect some or all features of the app. For example, disabling camera access will prevent exercise recognition and repetition counting from working.

You can use the account deletion feature provided within the app to delete exercise records associated with your account.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changes in our services or applicable laws and regulations. If there are any material changes, we will notify you within the app or through other appropriate means and obtain your consent when required.
